Originally from the eastern mediterranean area, the Greek Mountain Tea also loves our hot, sunny and dry climate. The tea is made from its dried flowers and leaves and is very aromatic.
The Greek Mountain Tea, also known as shepherd's tea, is used in Greece since ancient times to help with general health problems like cold and gastrointestinal problems.

Preparation:
For one cup pour 1-2 dry flowers with boiling water and leave for 10 minutes.
For 1 Liter you need 3-5 dry flowers.
Depending on your taste, sweeten it with sugar or honey.

Storage:
Store in a cool and dry place away from sunlight.
